PRATELLO COUNTRY RESORT

Within the rolling green hills of Tuscany lies a tiny 17th century village of 320 hectors (about 800 acres), rich in woodlands, olive groves and a magnificent panoramic view. In an Act dating back to November 1044, found in the archives of Pisa, was the property deed of the Pratello territory. Since then, noble families have owned this land and built a luxurious villa upon it around 1650. Today the territory has been transformed into a unique countryside residence, named Pratello Country Resort. Pratello Country Resort shares with its guests the opportunity of fine dinning. Our restaurant provides a four course meal of traditional Tuscan cuisine with local, fresh, organic products of the season. One can taste the pleasures of Tuscan cooking while dinning on our extraordinary panoramic terrace. Before dinner we may suggest to take an aperitif at our delightful lounge bar named Le Scuderie, or even enjoy an after dinner cocktail. Breakfast is served from 8 to 11 am
